Can I change or cancel my order after it has been placed?

Contact us within 24 hours to modify or cancel your order. After this timeframe, changes may not be possible as the order could already be in progress.

Can I apply a discount code to my online order?

If you have a discount code, you can apply it at checkout on our website. Please note, discount codes cannot be stacked with other promotions.

How long will it take to get my orders?

Delivery time depends on whether your item is in stock or a pre-order and your shipping location. In-stock US orders typically arrive within 5–7 days, while international orders may take 7–10 days, depending on the destination. Delivery details will be included in your confirmation email.

Do you offer international shipping?

Yes, we offer worldwide shipping. Rates and delivery times vary by destination.

What should I do if my package is delayed or lost?

If your package is delayed or lost, please reach out our customer service team promptly. We’ll assist you in resolving the issue with a replacement or refund.

REFUND AND EXCHANGE

What if my item is defective or not as described?

We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If your item is defective or not as described, contact our customer service team for a quick resolution.

How long do you allow for item returns?

Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase for unused items in their original packaging, with a receipt. We strive to make the return process easy and hassle-free.

How do I return an item?

Submit your return request with the reason, and our team will provide a prepaid shipping label within 1-2 business days. Simply attach the label to the package and send it back to us.

What is the process after a returned item is received?

Upon your request, we will process a refund, which you should receive in your account within 3-5 days, or arrange an exchange for a different size, color, or part. Replacements typically arrive within 5 business days.

PRODUCT ISSUES

The front light is too dim, and I can't see the road.

Our lights are designed to enhance visibility while riding but are not intended to function as headlights.

What should I do if the light won’t turn on or is defective?

First, ensure you're using the compatible cable included in the package. If the light still doesn't turn on, we'll gladly provide a replacement light kit along with a video tutorial.

The dial-fit wheel loosens after tightening?

Check the back of the dial, where it's covered with padding (facing the back of your head). You'll find a hole for a small screwdriver. Use a mini screwdriver to tighten the screw and see if that resolves the issue. If this doesn’t fix the issue, contact us for a replacement with a video tutorial.

I want to upgrade to the magnetic buckle.

Contact us for a replacement, or if you keep the helmet, we can offer a discount for the plastic buckle model. Both buckles meet retention standards.

SIZING AND CARE

How do I determine my helmet size?

You can find the size guide below the helmet specifications on our product page. Measure your head, and you'll find the perfect fit. If you have any questions, feel free to contact our customer support team.

I am between two sizes. Which size will fit me?

If you're between two sizes, we recommend choosing the larger size for a more comfortable fit.

How do I keep my helmet looking good?

You can clean your helmet’s exterior shell, interior pads, and fit system with mild soap and water, but don’t submerge it.

How often should a helmet be replaced?

It's generally recommended to replace your helmet every 3 years. If you're involved in an accident and the helmet is impacted, replace it right away.

WARRANTY AND GUARANTEES

Do you offer a warranty on your products?

We warranty our products against defects in workmanship and materials for one (1) year from the purchase date. We will, at our discretion, repair or replace any defective part or product returned by the original owner with proof of purchase.

My helmet was involved in an accident, what now?

Sorry to hear about your accident, but we’re glad you wore a helmet! Since it was impacted, it’s time for a replacement. Email us at info@xnito.com to claim a new one through our Accident Replacement Policy.

Is the accident replacement a lifetime guarantee?

Yes, this policy is valid for up to three years from the original purchase date, covering the helmet's lifetime. The offer is unlimited, regardless of how many times your helmet is damaged due to an accident.

What is your policy on repairs?

Repairs for damage not caused by workmanship are assessed on a case-by-case basis. Contact us for further discussion, and we’ll provide options.
