However, with the advent of e-bikes capable of reaching 28 mph, there's a clear necessity for helmets that meet the rigorous Dutch NTA 8776 standard, ensuring an 87% increase in protection, particularly at higher speeds.
The discussion, moderated by Erika Jones, also touched on the nuances of adopting international standards, like ISO 4210 and EN 15194.
