In October, the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC) released the “Micromobility Products-Related Deaths, Injuries, and Hazard Patterns: 2017–2021” report, showing a 127% increase in injuries related to e-vehicles in the U.S. in 2017 – 2021. The commission advises for increased safety, and XNITO provides the solution for that: better head protection for American e-vehicle riders.
XNITO helmets have thicker Expanded Polystyrene (EPS) foam and more coverage at the temples and at the back of the head for the protection and safety needs of e-vehicle riders. EPS foam is a lightweight, rigid, closed-cell insulation available in various densities to withstand load and back-fill forces. In combination with perfect fit and added LED lights, XNITO helmets will keep any e-vehicle rider safe – whether that e-vehicle is on an e-bike, e-scooter, e-skateboard, or one-wheeled skateboard.
“This is exactly why we are a company: to protect riders with adequate helmets against injuries and harm that may result in collisions and crashes on modern day e-vehicles, because we know that e-vehicles have grow in popularity and usage and also exhilarate and run at higher speeds than they used to,” said Ben Dai, CEO and President of XNITO.
