The Dutch NTA 8776 standard regulates the design and safety of helmets for eVehicles like ebikes that go up to 28 mph (45 km/h). The United States relies on the CPSC standard created in the 1970s, which only requires protection for riding speeds up to 15 mph.

This well made bag's lid opens like a car hood. I moved its straps to the other side so the zipper pulls and space are accessible from my side of the bars. I replaced the zippers and cool cording with light, soft, quiet chartreuse pulls. It holds a neck gaiter, sunglasses, sun block, gloves, fuel treats, whatever. Handy. No shoulder strap though.
