We have a one-year exchange policy so you can send us your helmet and we will send you a new one.

Xnito helmet is certified by the Dutch Standard NTA 8776 specifically made for eVehicles that go up to 28 mph (45 km/h), your eBike, eScooters, and the sort. Of course, we are certified in the CPSC standard for regular bikes as well. This standard was created in the 1970s and only requires protection for riding speeds up to 15 mph (regular bikes).

Place a soft, flexible measuring tape horizontally around your head, positioned 1 inch above your eyebrows and ears. Gently pull the tape snug, read the length, and repeat for accuracy. Choose the helmet size that aligns closely with your head measurement, opting for the one that corresponds to your largest measurement.
We often receive questions from customers whose head head size is close to the maximum range, wondering which size to choose. For instance, if the medium size range is from 54-58, and the large size is from 58-60, and their head size is exactly 58 or around 57, we recommend opting for the larger size (L).
